Translation (from Urdu to English):
Lift the veil, reveal your face, the light of your countenance is hidden behind the veil,
The world is becoming dark, when did the radiance disappear into the veil?
That sweet gaze is a mercy from God, a spectacle to behold,
May God protect with great splendor, the glory of His magnificent Majesty.
From that burning scent, the inflammation of love is born,
I couldn’t find the taste of heart’s desire even in the roasted meat.
That fragrance is the essence of their being, their radiance is a garden in itself,
The gardens are fragrant due to them, their color is like that of a rose.
In your locks lies the crescent of Taibah, the moon of every path of life,
The essence of life is in the dust of your feet, the reins of the enemies are in your hands.
The world wears dark robes, while they are adorned in green,
Everyone is thirsty for their benevolence, their grace is in their court.
They are a unique essence, delicate like a flower,
Bulbul gazes at the rose in the rose garden, behold, the rose is in the rose garden.
The heat of love has burnt the heart, from head to toe the seeker of the blessed vision,
Show me the pleasure of the wine of divine love on their lips.
Munkar and Nakeer stand ready, with no supporter or helper,
Tell them that the answer is difficult, the question about my Prophet.
God, the Subduer, is enraged, the registers of transgressions are open,
Save yourself by coming to the intercession of my intercessor, your servant is in torment.
Such generosity I received, my hands are filled with treasures,
Tell me, why is your heart still restless, O destitute one?
The darkness of sin has spread, a black cloud has gathered,
May God’s radiant sun shine, for a particle of restlessness remains.
O Generous One, for the sake of your benevolence, do not hesitate to bestow,
